Trio Manufacturing Company is a textile manufacturer that specializes in carded cotton, coarse count ring spun yarns. We process Supima and upland fiber cotton of the highest quality.

Our yarn range is a 2's cotton count to a 12's cotton count in single and ply.

We have the capability of twisting 2 ends to 48 ends.

We also make specialty yarns such as slub yarns and flake yarns. We have the capability of spinning a 2.5 to a 6.5 cotton count slub yarn pattern. All of our slub yarns are computer generated for exact duplication on subsequent orders.

We have the capability of twisting various yarns with our cotton yarns to create a unique combination of fibers. If you have any special needs, please do not hesitate to contact us to ask of our capability.

As a sales yarn manufacturer we have no product directly ready for retail sale. Our yarns are further converted into apparel and home furnishings products. Some of the end products are sweaters, scatter rugs, blankets, fabric and other specialized products such as twine for meat tying, florist twine and envelope twine.

Our finished yarns are sold on 6-inch, 8-inch and 10-inch tall cones, on dye tubes, on solid 5/8-inch tubes and 55mm tubes. We also have the capability of ball warping and snake warping various products. Our products are sold nationally and internationally.
